What to include
- Device model and iOS version
- Which widget/template is affected
- What happened and what was expected
- Screenshots (if relevant)
- Whether the issue happens in the app preview, on the Home Screen widget, or both
Common checks
A widget looks stale, blank, or out of date
- Open the app once to refresh snapshots and permissions.
- Check the relevant permission is granted (Photos, Reminders, Calendar, Location, Health) if that template depends on it.
- Remove and re-add the widget if it was created before a major template change.
Purchases aren’t showing
Open the app and use Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t unlock, email support with the device iOS version and what product was purchased.
